The first glimpse of the Residence is the 13 m² marble-paved vestibule, which sets the tone. Inspired by the Louis XV style, it combines gilded brass and crystal sconces, antique mirrors, and an oak pedestal table topped with marble. The ensemble reflects a definite taste for staging, designed to welcome guests with grace and discretion.

- Neoclassical elegance & golden light -

This light-filled living room (19 m²) evokes a refined reading room, perfect for a small group or a gentle welcome. Its harmonious decoration blends Roman style with the riches of the past: silk curtains, an Empire chaise longue from the Charles X period, period armchairs, an elegant bookcase, an octagonal table in Syrian marquetry and inlaid parquet flooring with refined finishes.

- Marble, woodwork and light -

A noble circulation space (32 m²), the large baroque hall with a Louis XV style marble and wrought iron console table combined with Louis XV style rock crystal sconces. Majestic double staircase with carved oak banister and railing. Period furniture and works of art, illuminated by a 6-branch Murano blown glass chandelier, make it a signature room for welcoming, strolling or photographing.

- Woodwork & fireplace -

A 20 m² living room entirely paneled with carved and patinated panels, offering a cozy atmosphere with a marble fireplace, a suite of Louis XV-style sofas and armchairs. Perfect for intimate gatherings, an elegant break, or a moment of quiet retreat.

- Oak, linen and subdued light -

A true journey through time, the medieval drawing room (34 m²) is adorned with William Morris tapestries and antique sideboards with a patinated charm. Its large round table can accommodate up to 20 guests in a warm and unique atmosphere. An ideal setting for dinners or meetings with a strong evocative power.

- Cozy atmosphere & British touches -

The Scottish drawing room (18 m²) is brimming with history. An Edwardian-style mahogany bookcase and a Rosemary Aspin painting, both from the early 20th century, and two Chesterfield sofas are perfect for a confidential conversation, a break, or a more intimate setting for your events.

- Volume, acoustics & brightness -

An iconic and impressive room, where, on two sides, you can wander across 82 m² of oak parquet flooring, ceilings decorated with rosettes and monumental chandeliers, and a Louis XV wooden fireplace. The ballroom offers remarkable acoustics, ideal for private concerts, recitals, or musical evenings.
All served by a Bang & Olufsen sound system for faithful reproduction, without additional equipment required.
The ballroom offers a capacity of up to 120 people seated in conference configuration, or 90 people for a seated dinner.

- Cozy & practical -

A kitchen area is available on the first floor for your convenience. It features a bar fridge, dishwasher, oven, and hotplates for heating up appetizers.

- Smooth service & independent access -

A discreet 25m² catering space on the ground floor, with perfectly positioned infrastructure to facilitate your receptions. It has independent access, a sink, dedicated outlets for professional equipment (220V – 16A) as well as an XXL fridge and freezer, ensuring seamless service for your service providers.
